Project/Program Manager

As a Project/Program Manager I oversee multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives. It involves coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. My focus is on long-term planning, stakeholder communication, and balancing priorities across projects to deliver value. They ensure that each project contributes to the overall success of the program.

Methodologies Used

  • Agile

Agile is an iterative program/project management approach focused on flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Teams work in short sprints to deliver small, functional product increments, allowing for regular feedback and adjustments in the development cycle. It promotes adaptability, flexibility and is often used in software development.

  • Waterfall

Waterfall is a linear, sequential -program/project management method where each phase (e.g., requirements, design, implementation, testing) must be completed before moving to the next. It’s ideal for well-defined projects with clear timelines and minimal changes, as it emphasizes structure and detailed upfront planning.

  • Hybrid

Hybrid program/project management combines elements of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. It allows teams to follow structured phases for high-level planning (Waterfall) while remaining flexible and adaptive in execution (Agile). This approach is useful when parts of a project require strict planning and others need iterative progress.

How Do I Measure Project/Program Success?

On-Time Delivery

I make certain a program/project meets all milestones and deadlines as planned, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time without compromising quality or scope.

Quality of Deliverables

I confirm that program/project outputs meet or exceed quality standards, ensuring that the product or service fulfills its intended purpose without requiring rework or major corrections.

Within Budget

I ensure a program/project is executed without exceeding the allocated financial resources, demonstrating effective cost management while delivering on expected outcomes.

Risk Mitigation

Risks are identified early, and effective mitigation strategies are in place, preventing disruptions to the project timeline, budget, or scope.

Stakeholder Satisfaction

I keep key stakeholders satisfied with the progress and final results, reflecting alignment with their expectations and maintaining strong communication throughout the process.

Team Engagement

I keep the project teams motivated and productive, contributing to a positive work environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and clear communication lead to project success.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • I developed and maintained data-driven reports using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau to track key performance metrics and accountability measures. Utilized pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to visualize trends, monitor progress, and support decision-making.

  • Reports were designed to provide clear insights into project milestones, training completion rates, and operational efficiencies, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
